Alopecia (also known as baldness) refers to the loss or lack of hair on one side or the entire scalp and, in some cases, other parts of the body. Hair loss can be temporary or permanent and can affect people of all ages.
This problem can be triggered by various factors such as aging, stress, excessive smoking, hormonal imbalance, genetic problems, scalp infections, high-chemical hair products, some medicines, anemia or chronic diseases.
The fact is that there are several natural remedies to combat baldness and to enjoy of your hair a little bit longer.

1. Essential oils
Lavender, rosemary, thyme and cedar wood essential oils help to restore capillary follicles and to stimulate hair growth. As transport oil you can use jojoba oil or grape seed oil. Mix in a bowl 2 tablespoons of transport oil (mentioned above) and add 4 drops of any essential oil from above. Also you can add one drop of each essential oil. Massage your scalp with these oils and leave it to act for 3-4 hours then wash your hair. Or you can leave these oils overnight and wear a scarf over your head, not to dirty your pillows.

2. Onion juice
Massage your scalp with onion juice twice a day for two months. You’ll see improvements after just 2 weeks of treatment. You’ll hair will begin to grow and regenerate.

3. Coconut milk
This remedy can help you to restore hair follicles and to restore your scalp. You just need to massage your scalp with coconut milk, let it act for 30 minutes, then wash.

4. Flax seeds
Rich in omega-3 fatty acids, flax seeds provide protection against hair loss and stimulate the hair regeneration. Put 1 tablespoon of flaxseeds to soak in water. Leave it overnight and drink the water in the morning on an empty stomach.
You can also include these seeds in soups, salads or juices, but also you can massage your scalp with flaxseed oil.

5. Garlic
Crush 2-3 garlic cloves, add 2-3 tablespoon of warm sesame oil or coconut oil and massage your scalp with this paste. Leave it to act for 10-15 minutes, then wash.

6. Aloe Vera
It stimulates blood circulation in the scalp area, helping to hair regeneration. Massage the skin with aloe vera gel and let it to act for 30 minutes than wash your hair like usual.
