Get rid of joint pain with this anti-inflammatory drink

There are many different conditions that can lead to joint pain, including osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, bursitis, gout, sprains and other injuries. Most joint pain cases heal itself in time: approximately 50% of patients recorded improvement within two weeks, and about 90% within three months, regardless of the treatment used.

However, people suffering from chronic pain may experience difficulties in everyday activities, from sitting, lying down.
If you are among people with these problems, this mix will be helpful.

-1 orange
-2 cups of pineapple pulp
-2 stalks celery
-2 pears
-1 lemon
-1 fresh ginger
-1 teaspoon of turmeric powder
-a pinch of black pepper
-1/2 teaspoon of coconut oil

First you have to peel the lemon, orange and ginger then cut into cubes the pineapple and pears. Put all ingredients in a blender and pass them at high speed.
Consume the juice immediately after preparation or store it in the refrigerator in a jar with a lid. Kept this way the juice lasts up to 5 days.
Using a blender you prevent fiber loss and if you use a regular juicer the fibers will be wasted.
