No more tired eyes syndrome with these beauty tricks

The skin around the eyes is more sensitive than the rest of the body. In this sensitive area, water retention is frequent, which causes upper and lower eyelids swelling. Eat foods that have low fat level and that are high in fiber so that can stimulate lymphatic circulation, especially fruits and vegetables. Drink plenty of liquids to fight against water retention.
Here are a few natural home remedies to alleviate this problem:

Chamomile tea bags
Soak two chamomile tea bags in warm water. Allow them to cool and apply them on your eyes for 5 minutes.

Sliced cucumber
Wash well a cucumber and slice it. Apply the cucumber slices directly on the eye to relieve the upper and lower eyelids.

Ice cubes
You can put ice cubes onto your eyes wrapped in clean gauze.

Lavender
Pour into a bowl with ¼ cup water and a few drops of lavender essential oil. Soak a cotton pad into the solution and apply it on your eyes. Lavender soothes and relieve. You can also use floral lavender water directly.

Grated potato
Clean and grate a raw potato. Put the preparation into a gauze in the refrigerator and when the mixture gets cold hold it on your eyelids for 10 minutes.
